How does courier pickup work?
If a courier is the best option for you, we’ll first confirm your ID. Then we’ll send you everything you need, and the courier collects your package right from your door. It’s free, your items are insured, and we’ll let you know as soon as they arrive.
Is it free?
Yes. Pick-up and evaluation are complimentary, and there’s never an obligation to sell.
How soon will I get an offer?
Once we receive your items, they’re thoroughly evaluated and you’ll receive a personalised offer within 24 hours.
How do I get paid?
If you choose to sell, you’re paid right away by cheque or e-transfer.
What if I decide not to sell?
